Can I give my child a break?

Breaks, Unsubscribing, Pausing or Freezing a Subscription.

Smartick subscriptions work in function of calendar days from their start date. Therefore, active subscriptions cannot be interrupted.

However, we do provide the option to schedule a 30-day break in between subscription periods.

If you need to freeze your subscription for a longer period of time (a maximum of 60 days), contact us at [email protected] to program a return date. This way, your child will not lose their session progress or Virtual World achievements during their unsubscribed period.
