How do I subscribe?

Subscriptions, Payment, Payment Methods

We're happy you're reading this! It means that you have taken full advantage of your trial period, and you're impressed with the method and the results. We hope that you'll be part of the Smartick family for a long time.

You can watch the following video where we explain how to subscribe step by step. If you prefer to read, scroll past the video to read the step by step instructions.

The first thing you have to do is access your Parent Page. If you are unsure how to do so, simply watch this video where we explain how to log in step by step.

Next, click on the "View Pricing" button under your child's avatar. Choose the subscription option that you prefer and double-check to assure that all of the information is correct. You will then move on to enter your Payment Method.

We accept both credit and debit cards as payment methods. They must have 16 digits, an expiration date (month and year), and CVC (3 digits on the back of the card). We also accept Paypal.

For your security and peace of mind, we work with two international payment platforms that will automatically detect if the card is appropriate for Smartick transactions.

Every time you make a payment to Smartick, a PDF receipt will be generated for you. These transaction receipts can be found in the "Payments" tab on your Parent Page.

Moreover, you can see the status of your subscriptions and make changes to them in the "Subscriptions" tab.
