To continue, the first thing you have to do is access your Parent Page. If you are unsure how to do so, simply watch this video where we explain how to log in to the page step by step.

Next, click on the "View Pricing" button under your child's avatar. Choose the subscription option that you prefer and double check to assure that all of the information is correct. You will then move on to enter your payment method.

We work with both credit cards and debit cards as payment methods. They must have 16 digits, a month and year of expiration and CVC (last 3 digits on the back of the card); in addition, if you subscribe outside Spain, you must make sure that your card is enabled to make international purchases. We also accept Paypal if you prefer.

For your security and peace of mind, we work with two international payment platforms that will automatically detect if the card is apporpriate for Smartick transactions.

Every time you make a payment to Smartick, a PDF receipt will be generated for you. These transaction receipts can be found in the "Payments" tab on your Parent Page.

Moreover, you can see the status of your subscriptions and make changes to them in the "Subscriptions" tab.
