In order to modify subscriptions, we recommend that you access Smartick through a web browser (Chrome or Safari recommended), as we only have one type of subscription available through the app.
You will then need to take the following steps:
Enter Smartick
Log in to your Tutor Page. (If you have forgotten your password, you can request a reminder here: Forgot password?)
Go to the "Student profile” tab, select “Payments” and click “Change subscription”
Our subscriptions will appear by default. Select your desired subscription and click "Save changes".
