During the sessions, our students have the option to use 3 “breaks.”

They can take them by pressing the “pause” button that appears on the screen during the session.

Our recommendation is that breaks are used punctually and only when they are necessary. We understand that our students may need to stop and get up at times, but the breaks are not intended to be used as time to consider the content or consult with others since we want our students to work on their own.

In cases where students have difficulties keeping attention, they can be used as a brief pause to recollect their thoughts and allow them to continue in a more concentrated state. However, we advise that students complete the 15 minutes in one go because this encourages cognitive training that will help them improve their concentration capacity.
