Where can I change my subscription?

In order to modify subscriptions, we recommend that you access Smartick through a web browser (Chrome or Safari recommended), as we only have one type of subscription available through the app. 

You will then need to take the following steps:

  • Go to the "Student profile” tab, select “Payments” and click “Change subscription”

  • Our subscriptions will appear by default. Select your desired subscription and click  "Save changes".
