In order to modify subscriptions, we recommend that you access Smartick through a web browser (we recommend Chrome or Safari), as we only have one type of subscription available through the app.
You will then need to take the following steps:
- Enter Smartick
- Log in to your Tutor Page. (If you have forgotten your password, you can request a reminder here: Forgotten your password?)
- Go to the "Student profile” tab, select “Payments” and click “Change subscription”
- Our subscriptions will appear by default. Select your desired subscription and click "Save changes".
