You can request a cancellation or cancel the renewal of your subscription from your Tutor Page. Go to "Student Profile/Payments", and click the link "Cancel subscription". Current subscriptions cannot be cancelled while they are active.
If you click this link, you will be presented with a cancellation form to complete, and our team will receive a notification to contact you as soon as possible. We will then confirm your cancellation via a phone call or email.
It is possible to take a break between subscriptions. If you want to take a break once your current subscription has ended, you can contact us to specify a return date and we will set your account to automatically reactive on this date. Keep in mind that we keep student data for 30 days by default between subscriptions. If your break will be longer, contact us.
