This option allows multiple tutors to supervise each student’s progress. Secondary tutors are normally parents, teachers, grandparents, etc.
The difference between the principal tutor and a secondary tutor is that the principal tutor is responsible for conducting payments and transactions, inviting secondary tutors and being available for contact from our Support Team.
If you’re a principal tutor, you can add a secondary tutor by following these steps:

Log in to your Tutor Page. (If you have forgotten your password, you can request a reminder here: Forgot password?)
Go to the "Student Profile" tab and look for "Secondary tutors".
Finally, click Add a tutor?
The person invited will receive an email containing a link through which they can register with Smartick, linking their profile to the student.
