This option allows multiple tutors to supervise each student’s progress. Secondary tutors are normally parents, teachers, grandparents, etc.
The difference between the main tutor and a secondary tutor is that the main tutor is responsible for conducting transactions with Smartick and being the main contact for our Pedagogical Support Team.
If you’re a main tutor, you can add a secondary tutor by following these steps:
Enter Smartick here
Log in to your Parent Page. (If you have forgotten your password, you can request a reminder here: Forgot password?)
Go to the "Student Profile" tab and look for "Secondary tutors".
Finally, click Add a tutor?
This person will receive an email containing a link through which they can register with Smartick, thus connecting their profile to the student.
