Smartick has got this covered. We have age-appropriate exercises to offer our younger students, with an audio option available for content until Grade 2. They can listen to the questions be read out loud as many times as they need by clicking on the speaker button.

Ideally, we would want our students to have adequate reading comprehension skills by the time they reach the point where the audio option is no longer available. This will allow them to work on more advanced content, such as logic exercises and word problems.
