You can cancel your subscription or auto-renewal option from your Parent Page.
Select the Subscriptions tab located on the left sidebar. From there, click "Cancel¨. Current subscriptions cannot be cancelled while they are active.
If you decide to cancel, you will be presented with a cancellation form to complete. Our team will receive a notification to contact you as soon as possible to confirm your cancellation via phone or email.
It is possible to take a break between subscriptions. If you want to take a break after your current subscription has ended, you can schedule this break directly in your Parent Page or contact us to specify a return date. We can schedule your account to automatically reactivate on this date. Keep in mind that we preserve student history for 30 days by default, between subscriptions. If your break will be longer, please contact us directly.
