Resetting your password is simple and easy!
For the tutor:
Go to the log in page here.
Enter your email address and select "Forgotten your password?".
You will receive an email containing a link to reset it.
For the student:
Log in to your Parent Page.
Select your child's avatar.
Click the Profile tab on the left sidebar.
Click “Change password”
Don't forget that your password is case sensitive. Keep in mind the capital and lower case letters used.
