Subscriptions already in use cannot be canceled part way through.
You can cancel your subscription from your Parent Page. From ''Student Profile/Payment'' select the Subscriptions tab located on the left sidebar. From there, click "Cancel¨. Complete the form and we will confirm with you, by telephone or email, as soon as possible.
It is possible to take a break between subscriptions. If you want to take a break after your current subscription has ended, you can schedule this break directly in your Parent Page or contact us to specify a return date. We can schedule your account to automatically reactivate on this date. Keep in mind that we preserve student history for 30 days, by default, between subscriptions. If your break will be longer, please contact us directly.
