We have many infant students using Smartick and despite being young, it is essential that they perform their sessions alone from the outset.

If this is not the case and they receive external help, the information we collect will be biased, in terms of both the answers and the speed at which the child works. This can lead to increasing complexity and the curriculum progressing at a rate that the child is not prepared for.

Often the help is unintended, but things such as body language and tone of voice provide more information than the student would receive while doing a session completely unaided.

If your child has been receiving your help and the exercises being proposed are now too difficult, we recommend you contact our Pedagogical Team in order for us to make the necessary changes to allow the student to complete sessions unaided.
